Printer Driver Installing in Windows XP

"I am trying to install a printer on a Windows XP SP3 machine and I get the following message: "Printer driver was not installed. The computer cannot create a file when that file already exists." This happens when a computer user attempted to install an old DeskJet (LPT) and a new DeskJet (USB) to his computer. It seems that the old printer driver is causing problem. The suggestion for this is first try to uninstall 123.hp.com the old driver, and install the new driver, check if error comes again.
